We're on the hunt for a passionate 2IC to be a part of our FABRIC Britomart retail team!

A bit about the role:

• Responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and loyal VIP's.
• Confidently provide styling advice and assist customers with finding the right pieces for their wardrobe - We work to ensure our customers remain unique, chic, and forward.
• This is a full-time role, and must be able to work a weekend day.
• We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1+ years of retail experience.
• This role would be perfect for someone who wants to advance their career in luxury fashion retail, and gain team management experience.
• This role will be supervised & supported by our FABRIC NZ Group Manager and Senior Retail Stylist.

Key accountabilities:

• Be able to step-up into a sole managerial role when required.
• Support the Group Manager and Senior Retail Stylist where necessary.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members.
• Provide customer service to the highest standard, and be willing to go above and beyond for the customer and your team.
• Enjoy interacting with people and be able to build and nurture long lasting relationships with your customers and VIP's.
• Understanding of inventory management and POS systems - working knowledge of Lightspeed/Vend would be advantageous, but not a requirement.
• Be motivated to grow in the role, prepared to accept challenges, and be passionate for personal growth where possible.
• Able to be flexible within the team and needs of the business.
