We will process your order as soon as possible within standard business hours. Please note that the stated delivery times quoted are within business hours only, they do not include any time for the processing of your order and FABRIC can not be held responsible for deliveries not made within this time frame.

When your order is shipped, we will email you confirmation and your tracking number. Please be aware that if you place an order over a weekend or public holiday that your order will not be processed until the next business day.

Deliveries can not be made to a PO Box. Please supply us with a physical address such as a workplace at which there will be someone present to sign for your item during normal business hours (9am - 5pm weekdays). We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased item(s) is transferred to you. We take no responsibility for charges or delays at receivers end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country. Nor can we be responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.

At checkout, you may also also choose to collect your purchase from our flagship store, located at 2C Commerce Street, the Pavilions, Britomart, Auckland Central.




We undertake reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and product prices appearing on our website are correct, we also endeavour to display product colours as accurately as possible, however we cannot guarantee that your monitor will accurately reflect the actual colour of the product. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been incorrectly published, including prices and promotions. Some sizing may vary between styles, if you order a garment in the incorrect size, we will be more than happy to exchange it. All orders are subject to availability. Items in your shopping bag are not on hold and may be purchased by other customers. As there is a delay in the time when your order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock levels of certain products may change within this time period. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before your order has been accepted, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will not be charged for out of stock items. Whilst we endeavour to keep our stock levels accurate, there is a possibility the size you have ordered may be out of stock. In this event, we will refund you immediately and do our best to find you a replacement.

Gift certificate and In-store Credits

FABRIC gift certificates and in-store credits can not be accepted online as payment.


Prices will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. When converting to another currency, or when an item is charged to a credit card, a price variation may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates and credit card company charges. Once an order is sent, we take no responsibility for charges, taxes or duties incurred at receivers end as this can vary depending on the customs rules of each country. All prices displayed in the FABRIC online store are at our sole discretion. Pricing may change without notice and differ between national and international markets.

Correction of errors and inaccuracies

The information on the FABRIC website may contain errors and may not be complete or up-to-date. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice. Note that such errors may relate to product description, pricing and stock availability.

We collect your information in order to improve your shopping experience and to communicate about our products, services and promotions. We collect information from you to register you as a member, complete a transaction, sign up to receive email or text messages from us. We may use your information collected online to fulfil and process your orders. We will gladly offer an exchange, online store credit or refund on any full priced product within 14 days of original purchase date. Items received outside of this time period will not be accepted. Please ensure you contact FABRIC directly at to inform us of your intention immediately, so we know to expect your package, and if available, can put aside the correct size for you.

Items must be unworn and in original condition with designer garment tags attached and all original packaging including boxes, tissue paper, etc. Damaged, worn, Laundered or altered garments will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Shipping costs to return an item/s will be at the customers expense unless the item is faulty. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty. Once an order has been placed you can not cancel the order as goods are often shipped the same day. If you wish to receive a refund, you will be refunded the value of the item at the time of purchase. Any refunds will be made back to the original means of purchase. These terms and conditions apply exclusively to the FABRIC online store and not at any of FABRICʼs physical stores.

Sale items

There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges on sale items. All sale purchases are final.


Shoes must be returned in original condition, unworn, with no wear on the soles. All original packaging must also be returned including the shoebox, swing tags, tissue paper and authentication certification (if supplied). Please ensure the shoebox is well protected as it is considered part of the product, therefore returns will not be accepted on items with damaged packaging.

Jewellery, Bags & Accessories

Jewellery, bags, fragrances & accessories (excluding footwear) may not be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.

Exchange process

If your item does not fit we will gladly exchange it for a different size if we have one available. If we do not have an alternative size in stock, we will offer you an exchange for another item. All exchanges are based on stock availability. Exchanges may be made via the FABRIC online store or at any of FABRIC’s physical stores with your proof of purchase. Items must be unworn and in original condition with designer garment tags attached and all original packaging including boxes, tissue paper, etc. Damaged, worn, laundered or altered garments will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs on exchanges, therefore an additional shipping charge will need to be charged.

Credit Process

When we have received your return, your credit will be activated on your FABRIC online store account. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when your credit has been issued. Please note that credit accrued through the FABRIC online store can only be used online and not at FABRICʼs physical stores.

Refund process

If a suitable replacement isn't available and you do not wish to receive an online store credit, we can refund you for your online store purchase. When we have received your return, your refund will be processed in your original form of payment within 5 working days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Refunds processed to an international credit card will be done so using the exchange rate on the day the refund is processed. Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from the FABRIC online store. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.

Faulty items

If your item is faulty you may return it. Please contact us as soon as you discover the fault or inaccuracy. Once we receive the item we will repair, replace or refund the item/s within 10 working days of receipt. If the item is faulty we will cover all shipping costs for the replacement or repaired item. In the event that the repair or replacement will take longer than 10 working days, we will advise you of the particular circumstances and likely time frame for return.
