Nonchalant and elegant with Victorian-inspired sleeves and raw cuffs, the Bow Blouse can be tied high and voluminous, or low and draped. Best paired with a high-waisted pant, vintage denim or a skirt if you're feeling fancy (secretarial irony). Made in New Zealand.
