We're seeking a dynamic E-Commerce & Digital Manager to accelerate the growth of the FABRIC online business, drive customer acquisition through our digital channels and deliver a world class omni-channel journey.

The E-Commerce and Digital Manager is a key role, responsible for FABRIC's online presence. Working as part of a close-knit team you will be responsible for the FABRIC online and digital shopfront, maintaining, merchandising, and marketing the assortment in the best possible way to drive sales and partnering with the Social and Content Coordinator to build the online community and FABRIC voice.

You are data-driven and organised with a high level of attention to detail and are task-orientated, driven by continuous improvement. Your creative and digitally-driven mindset will produce an inspirational online environment, striving to position FABRIC as the leading contemporary omni-channel fashion retailer in New Zealand.

The ultimate goal of this position is to seek opportunities to drive sales through the online platform, meeting or exceeding financial targets. As we build the next stage of growth, we are looking for someone who is passionate about taking the business to the next level. 

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce

  • Product upload; imagery, copy, brand information
  • Image library maintained
  • Identifying and organising photo shoots
  • Update collection pages
  • Home page design and maintenance
  • Product management, tagging products for reporting, and optimised user experience
  • Online merchandising
  • Curating seasonal looks and edits that deliver the FABRIC styling voie
  • Continually assessing all copy and images
  • Ensure products are launched as soon as they arrive
  • Working closely with the Buying team to ensure seamless flow of content across all channels and reflects what is happening in store

Digital Marketing

  • Planning, producing, and executing EDM's
  • Optimising Google merchant to drive key word ads
  • Updating Performance Max campaigns

Strategy & Plans

  • Partnering with Head of Buying and Planning to build the FABRIC marketing calendar
  • Maintaining weekly workflow of marketing and social activity to ensure best coverage and monitor results

Community

  • Contributes to defining the FABRIC tone of voice

For the right candidate this role provides scope to expand responsibilities across business marketing, event planning, and management, and driving the PR & Press relationships.

    Qualifications and Experience:
    • Previous experience in an E-Commerce & Digital Management role
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
    • Proficiency with Shopify or similar e-commerce platform
    • Proficiency with Klaviyo or similar platform email marketing platform
    • Experience with Lightspeed/Vend or similar inventory & POS platform
    • Adept at setting and achieving online sales targets
    • Exceptional organisational and project management skills
    • Ability to develop and maintain key media and press relations
    • A keen eye for detail
    • Willingness to share expertise and mentor junior team members
    • Demonstrated ability to drive results and exceed goals
    • Previous experience in the fashion or luxury goods industry would be advantageous but not a requirement
