An Update From FABRIC, 27/3/20

Hi, thank you for visiting us!

While our online store is open 24/7 and stocked with lots of amazing new product, due to the New Zealand lockdown we can’t ship right away.

Please continue to place your orders so that your favourite pieces are reserved for you, and we will be shipping these out as soon as possible on the 23rd of April, once the lockdown period ends.

General Shipping Information

We will process your order as soon as possible within standard business hours. Please note that the stated delivery times quoted are within business hours only, they do not include any time for the processing of your order and FABRIC can not be held responsible for deliveries not made within this time frame.

When your order is shipped, we will email you confirmation and your tracking number. Please be aware that if you place an order over a weekend or public holiday that your order will not be processed until the next business day.

Deliveries can not be made to a PO Box. Please supply us with a physical address such as a workplace at which there will be someone present to sign for your item during normal business hours (9am - 5pm weekdays). We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased item(s) is transferred to you. We take no responsibility for charges or delays at receivers end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country. Nor can we be responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.

At checkout, you may also also choose to collect your purchase from our flagship store, located at 2C Commerce Street, the Pavilions, Britomart, Auckland Central.

Customs Information

Title for shipped merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Depending on the destination and product you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. FABRIC is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country.

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. When ordering from FABRIC, you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information.
