    THE ROLE 

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented person to coordinate and execute the day-to-day operations of our online warehouse. 

The role at its core is to ensure that online orders are packed and dispatched with care and efficiency, inbound stock is receipted in and organised, all while providing a premium customer service. We are a small team and everyone helps out across all areas of the business to support the wider team.  

Reporting to the Logistics Manager and Ecommerce Coordinator, you'll work closely with our ecommerce, logistics and retail teams to keep our studio running smoothly. Working Monday - Friday with flexibility, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in organisation, efficiency and exceptional service. Someone who works well autonomously and effectively in a highly functioning team.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ONLINE ORDERS

  • Pick and pack online orders the FABRIC way, ensuring every delivery reflects our premium in-store experience
  • Organise daily dispatch and liaise with shipping providers to ensure on-time delivery
  • Manage packaging stock levels
  • Handle online returns end-to-end, ensuring stock is returned in pristine condition and aligned with company policies
  • Deliver exceptional back-of-house customer service

STUDIO & OPERATIONS SUPPORT

  • Maintain a clean, organised and efficient studio environment
  • Help unpack, sticker, steam and distribute new stock deliveries
  • Assist with stock management, stock takes, replenishment and general operational tasks
  • Support the wider team across day-to-day studio and retail operations as required
