GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

We strive to make the following shipping promises:

• Orders placed before 11AM we aim to ship the same day (Monday to Friday). 
• Orders placed after 11AM will be sent first thing the next day (Monday to Friday).
• Weekend orders will be sent first thing Monday.
• For our friends in Australia, we offer next day shipping and this should be with you within 1-2 days.
• For our friends overseas we will ship the next day so you can track your parcel all the way to your door.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please be aware that if you place an order over a weekend or public holiday that your order will not be processed until the next business day.

Unfortunately deliveries can not be made to a PO Box. Please supply us with a physical address such as a workplace at which there will be someone present to sign for your item during normal business hours (9am - 5pm weekdays). We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased item(s) is transferred to you. We take no responsibility for charges or delays at receivers end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country. Nor can we be responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.

Please keep an eye on your delivery by monitoring the tracking number for updates. If you miss your delivery and do not arrange redelivery, or collection of your package within a certain amount of time (This varies from country to country) this is your responsibility and we are not able to cover the cost of shipping back to us by the carrier. Re-delivery costs will need to be repaid to us to resend it.

PERFUME ORDERS

Please note that we can only ship perfumes within New Zealand. Any orders placed for perfumes may take 6 working days for delivery as it is considered a dangerous goods shipment and will need to go through a clearance process before it is delivered to you. 

SAME DAY DELIVERY

Please get in touch if you require same day delivery: order before 12pm Monday to Friday and receive within 3 hours. Zones and delivery fee listed below: 

$10 delivery to Zone 1 postcodes: 1010, 1052, 1021, 2011, 1245, 1024.

$12 delivery to Zone 1.5 postcodes: 1023, 1025, 1051, 1072, 1071, 1050.

Please note: same day delivery is not available on weekends and Public Holidays.

Simply choose to collect your purchase from your preferred store when you check out.
Our store locations are:

- 6B Teed Street, Newmarket 

We request that you wait for the confirmation pick up email or a message from our team to let you know when the order is ready to pick up as we want to ensure your order is prepared perfectly. We appreciate your co-operation. 

CUSTOMS INFORMATION

Title for shipped merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Depending on the destination and product you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. FABRIC is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country. 

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. When ordering, you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we highly encourage you to contact your local customs office for more information if you are unsure about any steps in the process.
